Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sifted flour
4 eggs
Crab filling:
2 cups cooked crab or imitation crab
1/4 cup celery, minced
3 tablespoons grated onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Stir in flour and stir vigorously over medium heat, until mixture
forms a ball. Remove from heat and beat eggs in, one at a time. Beat
mixture until smooth. Drop by spoon onto ungreased baking sheet
(about the size of a walnut). Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-35
minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut off tops and scoop out the
