Despite what many may think, working from home takes
a lot of time and a lot of work. I'm sure you've
heard someone say, "They don't really have a job,
they just work from home." That statement
couldn't be farther from the truth! Running a home
business takes almost all of your time. Therefore,
many other things drop down on your priority list.
Probably one of the first ones to drop is fitness.

Many people think that creating a home workout gym
is either too intimidating or too costly. So, often
they instead invest their money in a health club
membership not realizing that for the same amount of
money (or even less) they can create a very
effective gym right in their own home.

A recent survey noted
that two of the top ten reasons people don't workout enough are "exercise
boredom" and the "perception that exercise is too difficult". Both of these
objections are just myths based on bad information, or previous bad experiences.
