Welcome to our “new look” Weight Loss Health magazine. We’ve been working very hard over the last month or so to bring you a fresh, updated look to our site, which we hope you will enjoy.

You will find a host of additional articles, and of course all of the old favourites. Take a moment to browse through, check out the new recipes or visit our video on post natal depression.

We are still developing the site to improve your reading experience and extend our coverage on weight related health concerns. Coming soon will be a diabetes and sleep apnea centre which I know is a concern to many.
